Our services are priced by the job — not by the hour.

When you book, you’ll see the price for the service you selected. That is the price you pay for the booked scope of work, even if the job takes us longer than expected.

We don't believe you should have to watch the clock while we're working.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Your service price includes:

• Professional labor for the booked service

• Normal setup and cleanup

• Standard tools and equipment

• Normal local travel

• Completion of the specific work described for that service

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Unless specifically stated in your booking, service prices do not include:

• Materials, replacement parts, or specialty hardware

• Major repairs discovered behind walls or inside fixtures

• Structural repairs

• Mold, rot, water damage, or other concealed damage

• Electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, or other work requiring a specialty license or permit

• Permit or inspection fees

• Customer-requested work outside the original booking

• Significant disposal or hauling

• Work made substantially more difficult by conditions that were not disclosed when booking

OUR NO-SURPRISE PRICE POLICY

We do not arrive at your home and simply increase the price because the job took longer than expected.

If the work is substantially different from what was booked, we'll explain what we found and what needs to change before performing additional work.

You will always have the opportunity to approve or decline the additional work.

If the job is substantially the same as what you booked, your price stays the same.
