Replace HVAC air filter (client provides filter or purchase through you)

Test smoke and carbon monoxide detectors

Replace detector batteries (if needed)

Inspect plumbing under sinks and around toilets for leaks

Tighten loose cabinet hardware, towel bars, and doorknobs

Lubricate squeaky hinges and locks

Inspect caulking around tubs, showers, and sinks

Replace burnt-out light bulbs (customer supplied or add-on)

Check weather stripping on doors and windows

Minor paint touch-ups

Check GFCI outlets

Visual inspection for water damage or maintenance concerns

Clean bathroom exhaust fan covers

Replace refrigerator water filter (customer supplied)

Inspect dryer vent and exterior vent cover
